Who can join WarrantyApprove.com?
We cover many different sectors. Any business who offers warranties on the work they complete can become a member, but they must meet our eligibility criteria to join.
How long does the application process take?
We expect to review and feedback on your application with 14-28 days depending on demand and the complexity of your application. In some instances we may be able to turnaround applications in less than 14 days.
A customer wants to use a company who is a WarrantyApproved.com member and I don’t want to lose this job, can you fast track my application?
Yes, we want to help you grow sales, so can fast track applications in certain circumstances. Simply apply for your membership and then email us requesting a fast track application. Please quote your application number and reason for the fast track request.
When will I get my quality score?
Your quality score and review page will be visible after 50 customers have approved and reviewed your jobs. At this point you can start to use your quality score and WarrantyApproved.com page in your marketing.
Do I need to upload all my jobs to WarrantyApproved.com?
We find you get the best results when you offer and advertise WarrantyApproved.com to all your customers.
However, if you choose not to do this we then require that you don’t advertise WarrantyApproved.com for your service prior to the customer purchase (e.g not on your website, marketing, etc). You can only offer WarrantyApproved.com to customers once they have purchased with you.

None of the standard plans are right for my business, can you still help me?
Yes, we can build a plan that perfectly suits your needs. Simply request a bespoke plan, complete the application detailing your specific needs and we will build a plan for this.
I’m on a Entry plan, but have used my monthly jobs limit, what can I do?
Additional job bundles can be added to your membership in your portal. This will be charged monthly on a rolling contract until cancelled.
What are the benefits of annual membership plans?
There are 2 main benefits of annual memberships:
- You receive a 10% discount of the membership price!
- You get access to the full annual job limit from day 1, which is great for business with seasonality or monthly variances in sales.
Why do I pay a setup fee?
Set-up fees are charged to cover the work involved in processing of your application ensuring that only the best companies join WarrantyApproved.com. Please review our eligibility criteria to understand more.
What happens if I’m not accepted?
95% applications are approved, but sadly some companies don’t meet our eligibility criteria. If your application is declined, this will be based solely on our eligibility criteria and will inform you of the reason for this. Set-up fees are non refundable when applications are unsuccessful.
